Dean was a strong communicator, keeping me informed throughout the selling process, including feedback from all open homes and inspections. A customized and modern approach to marketing was adopted which sought to promote the house to the right target audience, using multiple advertising platforms. The photography, signboards, videos etc were all of a high professional standard and produced very quickly, enabling the house to be placed on the market very quickly. The approach to pricing and negotiation sought to deliver the highest sales price attainable for the property. I would highly recommend Dean for future property sales.

The staff at One Agency were professional in conduct - courteous, punctual and informative. I was the buyer but did not, at any time, feel uninformed of what was happening at each stage of the process from inspection, making an offer, final inspection and settlement.

I wasn't sure how to best go about selling my house as it needed a bit of work. Dean explained how much potential it had and how good the location was and advised me at each step of the way what he thought was the way to go. They coordinated all the trades people and made everything so easy for me. They recommended taking the house to auction which I wasn't sure about, but that strategy worked - there were heaps of people at the auction result was way more than they estimated. When I was inside listening to the auction and they got to a certain number I said to the agent who was with me "I'm happy with that" and she said "hold on, they haven't finished yet!" and sure enough they kept going. The auctioneer was great at keeping more bids coming. I was very happy with the price I got and very surprised.
