When we engaged Dean to sell our property, we had already found another home we wanted to purchase. It was our dream home and we really needed to sell quickly, and for the best price so we could secure our other property. We really (lovingly!) put the pressure on him, but he took that pressure on with gusto and enthusiasm, and harnessed the challenges it brought. Dean took a very personable approach to the sale of our home and was excited about the life and opportunities we could create for ourselves in our new property...and realised it was largely up to him to make it all happen for us! He presented our home to suitable buyers, kept us up to date and informed about our potential buyers, and when we did find our buyer, he facilitated a meet and greet with them, which was fantastic as this home had been such an important part of our lives and getting to know the new owners was very reassuring and comforting...we knew he had found the right buyer and we could confidently leave our home in their capable hands. From the time our property went up online to the time the contracts were signed was but a mere 5 weeks! And not only that, the offer we accepted was one of 3 offers we received that very day! We got a great price and a great buyer, and have never looked back. We are so pleased Dean was a part of this very important part of our lives and we certainly won't forget him or what he was able to achieve for us.

The process at the beginning started out relatively normal with constant follow up prior to sale and signed contracts. However moving forward after contracts were signed over a 6 month period received only one phone call. Constantly tried to make contact with him and didn’t hear back for weeks on end. Mentioned he was constantly busy, sick and also not in the office however I would call his office and he was there not getting back to me. Also advertised the property with extras off the plan that later were not apart of the original agreement ( his words). Would not recommend Dean to any person looking to purchase or sell especially of the plan, constant lies about inclusions that were said to be included but eventually we’re not.
