Was a pleasure dealing with Dean Lang from Biggin & Scott Elwood, very professional approach, said I needed styling as slow interest & once in place my flat sold 8 days later, great result from top company, thanks Dean for your assistance & result.

Auction day blew us away with the final result being WELL above our expectations. Dean was on the ball from the outset and giving direct feedback from the buyers who inspected throughout the campaign. Can definitely tell he loves what he does as his energy is always there at 100% and was always there to answer any concerns or questions we had throughout the auction campaign no matter the time of day or how silly our questions were. Overall the experience we had was great! Would definitely use Dean again when the time comes to sell and couldn't recommend him more to people thinking of selling in the area. His love and knowledge of the area was amazing to see and quite refreshing to see someone who enjoys where they work so much. 10/10!!

Dean was great to communicate with, arranging extra inspections at a moments notice. Lucky for him the auction was 🔥 - less lucky for our pockets! Haha

I first met Dean at another property in this building that he was selling and found him to be polite, energetic and was answering every question thrown at him with ease, obviously knowing the building he was selling in quite well. When I decided to sell I called Dean for a chat and to discuss what I could get for my property. Knowing that he has sold many in the building on and off market, it was a no browner choosing him to sell my property. In the end we got a quick sale after only a few days at a great price which we couldn’t have been happier with! Dean is a straight shooter so there is no fluff but also made the selling process very relaxed and stress free for us, which was great. Would highly recommend!

Dean was amazing from start to finish! From the moment we signed up to even well after settlement occurred. Being interstate vendors we had our doubts and stress, especially with Covid restrictions in place in Melbourne. But Dean’s positivity, energy and enthusiasm didn’t drop off despite the doom and gloom that was all over the tv and the end result speaks for itself. I’d hear from Dean every day at least once with feedback or other happenings with the campaign, so his communication was second to none! Overall an excellent experience and would hands down recommend using him as your agent.

Unfortunately Covid made it difficult for Dean to show potential buyers through the property but still worked hard to sell the property and therefore was successful.
