He is very good for sale the house

It is my very first time selling a house and I consider myself extremely lucky to have signed the contract with Bells Real Estate (BRE) with Dean Larti being my agent to look after the sale process for me. Prior to making the decision to go with BRE, I have sent emails out to various real estate agents asking for their rate. Dean Larti was the first to response back to me with very comprehensive and professional email and I was very impressed with his email as it showed he has put a lot of time and effort in his first email back to me. I have then made some appointments to meet with a few agents and again Dean Larti is most outstanding in his approach. He presented himself very professional, well spoken and again he has put in lots of effort in our first meeting (by providing me with lots of information about the sale process). I hardly had to ask a question because most of what I want to find out is covered by Dean during our first meeting.
