Not a great selling experience. Dean spent a lot of effort trying to push us down on the price. In the industry this is known as ‘Conditioning’ and violates one of the agent’s core code of ethics. I recommend not using.

Dean sold another property to us prior to us putting our old home on the market. His professional approach to the whole experience made the sale far less stressful than it could have been.
