We have never written a testimonial about any agent in the 30 properties we have lived in in over 40 years. However in this instance we feel it is genuinely warranted. Dean supported me through the sale process with energy and excitement along with fantastic local market knowledge and contact data base. Dean understood and respected my needs and sold my property in record time while being both professional and approachable.

I would never list with Dean Mclure. I was the buyer, it's a hot market and he undersold the property by approximately 50k. He also made verbal affirmations about chattels being left by the owner which they never agreed to. He went silent once I'd discovered this and then didn't deliver on his promise of the bottle of champagne that he made such a big deal about numerous times through the transaction. In summary, he didn't act in the best interest of the seller, and it seems he's ethically challenged.

We could not recommend Dean highly enough for the professional service, enthusiasm and true understanding of our position. Not only was our property sold within a week of listing (after being on the market with another agent for several months) but managed to sell the property for more than our expectations.
