Dean was invited into our home in Snake Valley to give an appraisal on our home. He took the time to walk around the whole 10 acre property ensuring that he was familiar with, not only the house, but the lifestyle property surrounding the house. Dean made another appointment with us for the following week at which he explained, in simple easy to understand terms, his marketing plan and commission. The house was sold following one open house inspection and the process was seamless. Dean’s original appraisal of the home was honest and we achieved a price towards the top end of his estimate. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Dean again.
Dean was extremely pro active in the early stage with his no pressure approach to list my property, and this impressed me greatly. I took an immediate liking to this young man and he impressed me with his relaxed attitude when discussing the listing. He worked extremely hard on the sale and he attained the price I asked for. The many opens he held, sometimes no doubt inconvenient to him, were never a problem, and he gave me feedback immediately at the conclusion of them. Dean was always in constant contact sometimes up to a 3 or 4 times a week, to update me which was much appreciated . This young man in my opinion has a great future in Real Estate, as I believe he really cares about his vendors. He is easy to talk to and has good knowledge of the processes involved.
