The title may give you the impression we are joking but really it's only partly true. Dean truly is an exceptional person, and of course real estate agent. He comes to the job with unbelievable commitment, energy and passion. Whilst a total professional he is very down to earth, polite and a true gentleman who has a genuine interest in doing his best for his clients. These qualities would be more that enough to satisfy any person wishing to sell their home for the best price and as quickly as possible which Dean did accomplish. The home was advertised on a Monday, first open house was on the following Saturday and it was sold on Sunday for the market price that we expected. However, there is more to our story; we had initially engaged another agent who gave all the familiar assurances but these didn't eventuate and so we contacted Dean. From the very beginning he was able to assist in providing solutions to maximise the sale price for the home. This included some medium level renovations which were not unexpected and made a lot of sense, additional funding for the renovations and a garden make-over, as well as, home presentation advice for the pre-sale inspections. To sum up, he basically provided a one stop shop for all our needs with respect to selling the home. This is a very unusual concept, especially in this day and age. He and Louis Carr, in our view, are to be congratulated, they have set the benchmark for other real estate agents in the provision of home selling services.
