Dean was very professional, he provided invaluable advice during the design and construction of the dwelling. His knowledge of the market and what buyers wanted was spot on. He was always very presentable and kept us informed about what potential buyers were saying. He secured an excellent price for the sale of the vacant land, and around a year later, during a very depressed market, he sold the new dwelling for a decent price. There were many hurdles that had to be overcome with the buyers, several of which could have de-railed the sales, however Dean managed to deal with all the purchasers objections as they came did a great job of closing both sales.
