We first made contact with Dean in April 2019 after he was recommended by a friend. We had decided that we would go with another agent, but he convinced us in that first call he was better placed to be our listing agent and he did not disappoint. As we now live interstate, we had a number of delays and challenges in getting our house ready to place on the market and Dean was with us every step of the way. Dean was always happy to answer our calls when we had questions and he made a number of visits to our house when we were visiting and overseeing some work being down. By the time we were able to get our house on the market open homes had been cancelled due to the coronavirus, so Dean had to make one on one appointments with interested parties. Despite this Dean was able to get us a price that we were happy with and all within less than 10 weeks between the date our house went on the market and settlement

Dean was professional throughout the inspection & purchase of the property. He was helpful in explaining the differences with purchasing property in Tasmania as I have recently relocated from interstate. Dean showed he is genuine & client focused.
