Dean kept me updated throughout the whole selling process. As I now live some distance from the property I wasn’t able to attend to matters personally but Dean kept me informed with regular phone calls, text messages and emails. He rang me every couple of days with updates which I found very reassuring. He was also able to recommend a local conveyancer, which was very helpful. He also worked hard to keep my tenant happy. When you’re selling your home (and your greatest asset) it can be a nerve-wracking experience but with Dean’s help through each step of the process I knew I was in good hands.
