Wow, where did the last 4 weeks go? From the moment we engaged Dean, he conducted the sale process and indeed the sale with professionalism, energy and pace. A month ago we offered him the opportunity to sell our family home but wanted a few weekends to add some 'spit and polish'. He immediately flagged the property on his social media page and went about commencing private inspections and sourcing potential buyers whilst we finished off. The property went 'live' last Wednesday and had one open inspection on the Saturday; selling this same day with a pleasing result. 3 days into marketing is not a bad result!! People sell their home for various reasons and motivation, sometimes it's a want, sometimes a need.
