Dean kept in us in the loop through the entire journey. We are first home buyers so we’re new to this experience and he made us feel very comfortable in the choices we were making.

We had used Dean before because of his open approach and realistic approach to how to prepare the property ,what selling price is realistic in todays market and his general communication throughout the process. Time spent with valuable suggestions based on his experience was most helpful and to sell the house on deposit in 2 days was fantastic. His communication with our solicitor was also perfection .
