My dealings with Dean were limited to telephone calls and/or text messages and/or emails but not in person as we live in Canberra and the property to be sold is located in Mt Martha. This however did not present any real difficulties as Dean was very personable and friendly over the phone and straight away I could tell he was a very experienced Real Estate Agent with a good handle on the Mornington Peninsular market. I sought 3 quotes (market appraisals) in total from local agents and decided to run with Dean as he had a solid reputation for someone who 'gets results' and his market appraisal seemed balanced and realistic. Dean was generally responsive to my queries and provided timely updates; a few 'prospective buyers' didn't follow-through for one reason or another, however Dean did manage to secure a buyer within the allotted time-frame. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dean to either buyers or sellers as an effective, competent and successful agent who definitely 'gets results.'

I cannot recommend Dean Phillips of Mc Ewing & Partners highly enough!!!! I asked for an "off market" sale as the property was tenanted. Dean was desecrate, no board and didn't bother the tenants with unwarranted inspections. Dean qualified the prospect and on the third group closed the sale at my price. Dean always kept me appraised of visits & negotiations. I never felt out of the process. He delt with the tenants, purchasers & myself with polite and succinct dialog which made the whole sale process unstressful for me.
