Bit weird that the property was sold under my nose, on my way to the auction. And that I, when I was informed about this, and wanted to increase the price, wasn't allowed to. Unheard of. Particularly since I had paid the deposit, and paid for a pest and building inspection. Anyway, one minute to twelve, Dean sorted the situation, and I could put down the final, winning bid. So all good!
