We purchased our new home through Bellcourt (Lili and Dean), mostly working with Lili who helped us through the buying process. We found them to be very helpful with the whole process and nothing was a problem to sort out any questions we had. Even letting us have tradesmen around to do quotes for our new home, before the settlement date which was really appreciated. It has made things a lot easier for us. This is the second time I've used Dean Sims. On each occasion he has acted professionally and attained a sale price, which is acceptable to me in the context of the market.

My husband and I met Dean as his father was a builder and we went through a house built by him.. We then realised he lived in our street., We had 4 units that were very old and the house next door was in the process of being sold by Dean, and so we started to chat. After the house next door sold, Dean contacted us saying he had two offers on our property if we were interested. So we decided to go and see him officially. The timing was perfect as we had been looking at options re developing,, keeping or just selling the units. The offers made were in our expectations and after thinking it over we decided to sell. The process was also made easy for us, as he had a conveyancer close to his office and the price was fair. So really we had little to do. Dean had good knowledge of the area, the price we could expect and the capital gains and costs involved so we were able to work out how much we would clear after all the outgoings, to help us make the decision. He also gave us a bottle of champagne after the sale went through, very thoughtful and nice of him, we appreciated it. Dean has a good knowledge of the area as it is where he lives. He has a positive and cheerful manner and very down to earth and straight..We did not feel any sales pressure, the offer was just put to us and after discussions we decided it was the best choice for our circumstances.
