Trust and Agent are two terms often viewed at two ends of the spectrum. I’m pleased to say that our experience with Dean was one like no other. We engaged Dean after we bought a new home as we desperately needed to upsize given our growing family and personal circumstances. With Covid-19 playing a role in house prices being lower than trend, we took advantage of securing a home worth over 1.5million dollars. We needed to be able to sell fast to release the equity from our current home to purchase the new property. Dean prioritised his engagements with us, even coming to our place following a busy Saturday of open houses and auctions, in the pouring rain. From there the campaign was run as good as it could be over a six week period in December to round out the calendar year. With Dean’s guidance we were able to prepare our property for sale within a two week period and get buyers interested from day 1 of the listing. Dean was genuine, fact based and honest in his approach representing our beloved home for 9 years. He gave his professional and honest advice on how to best represent our home and also tempered our expectations of selling price. The end outcome was that we sold our home, to who we feel was the right buyer, for a price close to our expectations for enough to be able to purchase our new home and even a bit more to help fund a new car for our growing family.
