Excellent results from a n excellent agent

Dean laid out the sale process in easy to understand steps. He project managed all of the actions as I was living interstate. An auction was the best way to go for my property and it achieved really unexpected but a very welcome outcome. The trades he used and the auctioneer were first rate. We had 5 registered bidders at the auction which comes down to the agent. All in all, a great experience.
