Dean helped the reviewer sell this property

A challenging process made real easy.

I engaged Dean Stanley recently to sell my property at 7 Alfred place Williamstown. It was a difficult process as the property had a whole range of issues including dilapidation, building orders and also a prohibitive heratage and planning situation. Dean proved he was completely on top of it all. He knew exactly how to approach the task of finding the right interested parties, properly informing them of the merits of my property so as to create a strong competitive auction that delivered me a great result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dean Stanley and Sweeneys to anyone planning to sell.
