Curteous, knowledgable, professional, and just right
Selling a house is something I've never done before. From the very start Dean put us at ease and simply provided the necessary information. He didn't try to do a sales job. He listened to what our circumstances were, and what our likely time line would be. Dean's friendly, non rushed, and professional approach, with great clear communication we just brilliant. Dean was honest about the state of the house too. It's not the prettiest on the market, and it had a few other faults. So while listing the positives, he didn't try to oversell those.
Dean called when he said he would. Dean emailed when he said he would. Dean provided all the necessary information and explanations that we needed without fuss. Dean took our calls when we called, or would get in contact soon thereafter.
When we were ready to go, Dean responded quickly and competently, and placed the house on the market. The property attracted a number of early offers, and Dean simply provided the relevant information. When asked for a comparative view, Dean was always careful not to give an opinion as such, but rather, gave more relevant information for consideration.
Within just a bit more than a week, the property was placed under contract. This was quicker than expected at a price we were certainly happy with. Still all the while no pressure from Dean which was always very much appreciated. Dean again provided information in a calm manner letting us know what needs to be done to complete the sale going forward towards settlement.
