Quest is the Best in the South West

Dean & Allisar from Quest Realty Bankstown sold my parents’ family home in March 2022. Dean & Allisar made the entire experience easy and stress fee, no pressure and very knowledgeable of the local property market and customer expectations. My family were confident in selecting Quest as the selling Agent, after only a few open houses we got a good offer for the house and price above our expectations, we proceeded and successfully sold the home. Dean & Allisar presented themselves in a very professional and respectful manner they were very knowledgable and had researched the sale history of our house and presented the information to us during our first meeting, they work hard and always kept communicating with us when we needed to know things as the sale progressed. My parents speak English as a second language so as a result the team at Quest applied patience and clear explanation when needed, nothing was to much trouble. The entire process was seamless and stress free. Quest Realty is a local Realestate Agent and provides a personalised experience in contrast to the large Franchises where you just become another number amongst the masses. Can improve on communication

My experience with Dean was OK. He is difficult to reach and didn't return my calls. I had to show up at my own inspection to be able to communicate with Dean. Hardly any updates when it comes to negotiating with a potential buyer on price. Wasn't too happy with the service but giving 2 stars for selling the property after lowering the price many many times.
