Selling my home of over thirty years was always going to be an emotionally charged experience for me, add that - a cancer diagnosis for my husband and the imminent birth of our 2nd grand child. Turns out Dean was every bit as good as she had described. I am forever grateful for that recommendation. Dean proved to the most genuine person I could have hoped to meet. He was available to let trades people in when I could not be there, he kept me up to date by both phone and email, made found tissues when tears flowed - he went the extra mile to make the process as stress free as possible during a personally very challenging time. He guided me in what needed to be done to the property in order to ensure a sale - keeping it real. Having grown up in a building family, I would never have imagined I would ever meet a real estate agent with the level of professionalism and authenticity of Dean Trewin. He has an extensive knowledge of the area, legal requirements for the industry, his communication was second to none and he is genuinely a great guy. Most importantly he negotiated a great sale price for the property in a “cooling” market. My only regret is that we hadn’t met Dean when we sold another property in the area a year or so earlier.
