We found Dean Trewin approachable who listened to us (without interruption) Dean showed us what the market was doing especially fighting against the Middle East war which we felt it had change the market. Dean assured us although this was the case, it hadn’t changed all that much. Dean gave us some tips to help assist the selling of our Townhouse. After each Open House, Dean updated us with each person who came through our house. Most were very impressed but wanted a bigger backyard. Dean gave us some tips to show what can be achieved with the backyard. We took his suggestions on board and within days we had a buyer. Throughout the sale process, Dean kept us updated.
