I had a very good experience with Dean, as the purchaser of a property in Earlwood that Dean was the selling agent for. I was a last minute buyer prior to an auction (competing against another purchaser) and to get the deal over the line there was a lot of back and forward required until late in the evening. Dean helped find a solicitor who was willing to sign a 66W that evening (not an easy feat). He also helped prior to settlement when a few items at property hadn't yet been cleaned out (arranging a rubbish removalist for the vendor at very short notice so the settlement could still go through).
Having now sold our home and still experiencing a potential purchase I just wish I only ever had to deal with Dean Vasil and his professional team. Having grown up in the industry within this professionally run family business, Dean exudes knowledge and integrity. Real Estate agents are not all the same and we highly recommend the best we have met.
