From the first moment we met Dean he was very personable. He made us feel comfortable and during the negotiation process he was understanding and respectful. He was available quite a few times during the contract period to show us through and to show our family, even at short notice, he made it work. He was knowledgeable and what he didn’t know he found out for us. On settlement day he came and met us at 7:30pm for handover of keys and a beautiful gift. We highly recommend Dean.
