We recently (2016) purchased a property in Shelford being listed by Dean's office. We had been actively looking in the region for two years. Dean is very personable and took a genuine interest in what we, as purchasers, were looking for. In stark contrast to other real estate agents we had interacted with during that time, Dean would get on the phone to us, or pop us an email, to advise of properties he considered may be a match for us. We had, similarly, asked all the other real estate agents to keep in touch but nobody else did. If we needed to sell we would go to Dean, because he follows up and keeps in touch with the buyers. Dean's tenacity and straight-forwardness can only be good for a vendor!
