Easy to deal with and made time that suited us to veiw house

Well what can we say…. After buying our land last year from Dean straight away we could feel he really cared about his clients. He has worked tirelessly over and above for us in selling our home. He was always a step a head of us and we never had to chase him up for anything he just always knew what we needed before we did. His communication was phenomenal and constant. He never missed a beat with anything. He explained everything clearly and with complete honesty and we genuinely felt that from him. He was so supportive with any choices we made and kept his word and what he could do for us. We couldn’t recommend Dean and the Stone team enough. They are genuine people with hearts of gold. Who have so much passion for what they do and it truely shows!

Dean did a great job of assessing the crowd that had gathered for my Dad's auction. He did a fabulous job of teasing out any offers lingering in the crowd but was considered in his advice to us not to accept the highest offer on the day - he knew Dad's house was worth more and we shouldn't settle for the sake of a sale. We eventually sold for a much better price. Dean was clear, professional and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Dean was very upfront and communicative throughout the whole process for us in buying our first home.
