Dean always went over and above to accommodate our needs, including liasing with vendors, opening the house for multiple inspections, including out of hours to suit our needs. He even met with me at work to get contracts signed in a timely manner. He was always prompt with his responses, easily contactable and reassured us if we had any concerns.
