Deanna Millard was the perfect agent for me because she brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to her work as an agent. I was really impressed with the way that she communicated regularly throughout our dealings, bringing a great personal and engaging manner and insights into the process at every stage. As I live in Melbourne and my property was in Brisbane, I needed someone who could support me and Deanna was amazing: she quickly identified the issues I needed to address, and she facilitated the renovation of my 23 year old Townhouse sending me lots of photos of the work in progress. She was fantastic at helping me choose the styling of the unit. I felt thoroughly supported throughout that process and I was impressed with the contacts that Deanna had to facilitate the work and the speed with which she organised it. Deanna does not muck around, she is a damned hard worker! I have to mention the advertising company that Deanna recommended, they did an amazing and beautiful job creating a homely atmosphere in my unit to impress the people who came to inspect and also a fabulous video for the online page. Once my Townhouse was ready for sale, Deanna facilitated a quick and smooth transition into sale and I was surprised how quickly she negotiated a great price. I was very happy and excited as this took two weeks! I’m so glad I picked Deanna for this work, she is amazing! She is the real deal!
