I met Deanna at a open for inspection at 40 Croydon road Croydon , Deanne was very welcoming and charming, she managed the continual incoming foot traffic with ease, continually asking potential clients what they thought of the property whilst pointing out the original features , beauty and benefits of the property... location and proximity to local transport and shops. Deanna asked me about my level of interest in the property and I advised her that i was really looking for a property that required attention (renovation) she provided me with brochures and a business card stating that if I would like regular contact that she was more than willing to keep me posted in respect to potential properties. I must admit I felt that I had found the right agent immediately Deanne listened to my needs/ wants and also asked me to sent a email so she could keep me in the loop.
