Deanne is an experienced real estate leader in the area. She works hard to find buyers in good and less good times - using multiple tactics to engage property seekers. Deanne is a professional, no fuss, straight talker who understands how to maximise the features of a home in photos and in conversations with potential buyers. Sadly, we didn't use Deanne first - we went with another, less experienced agent - and it's a regret of ours as we now know Deanne would have secured a great price for us when the market was hot. Sadly we didn't fair so well as the market had softened significantly - however we did get what we had initially expected (before the market skyrocketed). Our advice - talk to Deanne first - there is a lot of local knowledge, contacts and understanding for how to market and sell homes across the outer East of Brisbane.
