It takes a team. Deanne has an extremely good one, and all involved in the sale of the property were professional and dedicated to the task. We sold during Covid but her team never faulted in finding solutions and following up all opportunities. Effective, professional, and no hesitation whatsoever recommending LJ Cannon Hill as trusted agents.
Deanne's market and industry knowledge, professionalism and attentiveness is exceptionally. Would certainly recommend her and the team to other property owners, either for rentals, buying or selling.
As challenging as the market has been during the COVID period, Deanne has provided a wealth of experience, sound advice and prompt action on all aspects of the sale. She has extensive knowledge of the market, excellent tradespeople and connections to prepare and present your property to maximise results, and a tireless work ethic with continuous communication and reports to always keep you informed. My review is one of many who appreciate Deanne as a warm and genuine down to earth person who knows and does her craft well to get you the best results. She does it all with a sense of ease which in turn puts you at ease knowing you're property is in her capable hands. You will not go wrong with Deanne.
Deanne is highly knowledgeable on the local market. I found her to be very helpful in finding the right property for me and throughout the sales process.
From the outset Deanne Hansom was extremely professional. I was looking to sell a property In Cannon Hill and coming from Perth initially organised five agents to meet with across a morning. Deanne’s communication was very clear, she took into my account my needs as a seller and listened to me. She and Ashleigh were very prompt with all communication both written and verbal. For example she was the 1st to follow up with an email after we met, compared with the other agents. This actually was a hallmark of the communication overall. Deanne gave me excellent advice about getting the house ready for selling. None of the other Real Estate agents gave such imput. So I was totally impressed with both Deanne and Ashleigh. Added to that Deanne’s estimated price for the house was the highest of the five agents. But because I was very impressed with how she operated, the knowledge of the area how her written materials were presented etc I had no hesitation in choosing Deanne to sell our house. The offer for the house is now unconditional and the price that we have got for the house was $150,000 more than the low end of the lowest quote we received! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Deanne, Ashleigh and the staff at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill as their service and attention to detail has been exemplary.
The super friendly team at LJ Hooker, Cannon Hill showed professionalism and dedication throughout the purchase of our townhouse in Morningside. We would definitely recommend Deanne Hansom and her team to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent. William, Marian and Andrew Lawless
Deanne and her team were great to deal with. They are very knowledgeable about our local area and kept me informed of all aspects of the sale. If you are looking to sell in and around the Murarrie/ Cannon hill area I would recommend talking to them first.
This was my first house sale and I’ve always been dreading the whole experience hearing from friends and family that have had their houses on the market. I couldn’t have picked a better agent! My fears eased from the first meeting! Deanne knows how to sell houses with a mass amount of knowledge of the market and local areas, at no time did I feel lost or overwhelmed with the whole process. Deanne is easy to talk to and keeps you up to date in real time with what’s happening. I absolutely recommend Deanne and the whole team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill and when I’m ready to buy back into the market they’re the only agent I will be calling. 10/10
Exceptional service and professionalism by Deanne and her team facilitated a prompt sale of my property. As a return customer, her genuine market knowledge and guidance to both myself and potential buyers were key to a quick sale. Communications were prompt and informative at all stages of the engagement. All team members were willing and able to assist and are an attribute to the LJ Hooker Cannon Hill branch. I thoroughly recommend Deanne to market and sell residential property and will be sure to engage her services again in the future.
Im very happy with Deanne and her teams service they went above and beyond and got a great price much higher then other agents through I could get, there was great comunitcation I was kept informed every step of the way. After specking with many different agents, I defiantly made the right choice getting Deanne and her team to sell my property in Murarrie.
