I hated every interaction I had to make with Deardie. I am not sure if She's attempting not to sell or what her issue is but I am aware of many houses that haven't been sold for years with her name on them. She needs to better communicate with the sellers and buyers. As the other side had no idea what she was doing.
It was a hassle free sale and kept up to date with it all.
