Great communication throughout the whole process, contactable even out of hours. Friendly and approachable. Only small thing that could be improved is a card/hamper upon settlement. We have had this when buying other homes and it’s a nice personal touch rather than just picking up a bunch of keys or not hearing from the real estate again.
