Both Mike & I were extremely impressed with the way in which Deardrie managed the sale of our property. Unfortunately the market was at a very low ebb so we were unable to get what we believed the property was worth. In hind sight we should have gone for an unconditional contract of sale first up ,minor issues with council/building inspection caused initial offer of sale to fail wasting precious time. Still Deardrie managed to seal the deal on second offer so for this we are thankful.
