Deb seems to have great knowledge of realestate. She sold our house for aprox $40,000 more than another realestate in the area had told us we would get. It also sold in a reasonably quick time. From signing to sell, to settlement Deb kept us up to date with what was happening at all times. Being in another state this was invaluable. Would highly recommend.
