Debbi approached us after have an Appraisal on our house, with people that were looking for a property in our area, and would like to have a look through, so off to the coffee shop we went, an hour later returned, with Debbi greeting us with "they want to buy it". You could have knocked us over with a feather, first lookers, no dithery tiding up or washing marks off walls, just as it was.
