The first approach to Debbie was good - she was informative and honest. The frustrating part was getting to see the property, for several reasons - it was holiday rental, and needed to be vacant, and was quite distant from her office. However, she was not proactive about organizing this, and it took several weeks before I could view it. However, once I had seen it, and decided to buy it, Debbie was honest in her advice, and knowledgeable about other properties in the area.
