We found Debbie to be a bit lacking in communication. Multiple times we sent her emails and received no reply at all until we prompted her again. We were a little disappointed in her customer service skills, she came across as completely disinterested until we actually put an offer in. We were, however, grateful for her knowledge in helping us to fill in the paperwork. The purchase went smoothly enough overall, and we are happy with our house.
