Very effective, pleasant, reliable

We really liked Deb from our very first meeting. She was very easy to talk to, seemed a very genuine person and did not come across with the hard sell style. She listened to what it was we were looking for and suggested we go for a drive around and look at a few properties she had in the price range we after. At 3.30 on a Saturday afternoon the agency dropped everything last minute and sent out the principal of the agency to show us through a home. He (Barry) was also a very easy person to talk to without the hard sell approach. When a property came up that Deb thought was just what we were looking for, she was very accommodating (knowing that we live in Sydney) and waited for our availability before showing anyone else through the property. And she nailed it! The home was exactly what we were looking for and we made an offer that same evening. And the vendor accepted it straight up.
