Upon engaging, Debbie and her team took over everything on our behalf and kept us updated throughout. We didn't have to lift a finger. This included helping to arrange garden maintenance, staging, appointing contractors to fixing minor items as well as reviewing work undertaken by other contractors (not engaged by them) on our behalf and ultimately advocating through challenges with contractors on our behalf. The team went above and beyond, as we were interstate this made all the difference and gave us a flawless experience. Everything was handled very promptly and professionally throughout and at all times we felt we were being looked after. At the end of the day we were extremely happy with the sale outcome achieved and didn't crack a sweat throughout the entire process. Would very highly recommend.
