I am not very good at this sort of thing, but I can say that Debbie and her team were great. The first open house was on Saturday 8th January and the sale was completed four days later. This was at a time (Christmas/January break) that many people believe is not opportune for selling homes. Debbie is a lovely person and she and her staff made the whole experience as un-stressful as the experience of selling a home can be. The fact that we had to endure only one open house was an added benefit.
