A lovely country town where I practiced, worked and called home. had the privilege of dealing with quite a number of real estate professionals cross multiple agencies over the years. All of them have been helpful and respectful in dealing with me. Some returned me with satisfactory outcomes. One returned me with astonishing outcomes and exceptional experience. In regard to this sale, it is an incredible story by itself. Debbie was not even my first choice of marketing agent because I didn’t know her by then. I engaged the agency that I have known for years initially who are very good agents as well. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a sale. I just didn’t have much hope of selling the property anymore so that it was taken off the market. My interest of turning over this property was somehow waked up when I heard a similar story from a family friend.
