Debbie's 'no frills', down-to-earth attitude, matched with her efficient and professional approach, matched our styles to a tee... Her team were wonderfully accommodating through the process and made it an altogether seamless experience. Thanks Debbie and team!!
We were very impressed with Debbie's professional approach, she was straightforward and committed to our best interests. The publicity shots and floor plan were completed in a few hours, with the minimum of disruption to us. The advertising was finalised within a couple of days, and was very impressive. Debbie kept us up to date throughout the process, and we were more than happy when she was able to achieve a sale within 8 days. We would recommend Debbie Donnelley without any reservation.
We recently sold a house and then purchased an apartment through PPD and have found the process straight forward and relatively stress free. Debbie handled the negotiations and communicated quickly and efficiently.
Debbie and her PPD Team were excellent to work with as a Vendor...professional, flexible and not pushy...and got a great result on my Potts Point apartment...sold just 3 days after Open Viewing I have known Debbie for several years, and when it came time to sell my apartment I always planned to appoint Debbie as my Agent, because of great past experiences of working with her
I initially leased my house with PPD. They looked after absolutely everything and I left it in their capable hands. When it came to the sale of the house the PPD team were nothing short of a pleasure to work with. The transaction was seamless in every way and I could not be happier. Thanks to all involved - fantastic job!!!
As stated above under "Review Title"
Debbie used her knowledge and experience to ensure that we got the price we wanted, despite the market at the time. She was always reliable and on time for our scheduled appointments and inspections. Debbie was extremely understanding of our family's circumstances and always considerate to make this an easy process. We would like to express our gratitude to Debbie for her professionalism and the effort she put in to selling our home. We would not hesitate in recommending Debbie as an agent due to her understanding and genuine nature.
Debbie provides a very personalized and professional service and is ably supported by Nick and other members of the team.
Debbie’s marketing experience knowledge of the market and professionalism was outstanding
Debbie and her team at PPD showed outstanding professionalism and support through an emotional process of selling our family home. There was always a high level of communication and no question was left unanswered. She achieved a great sales outcome and the house was sold prior to auction. I would highly recommend her to any vendors who are looking for an exceptional agent.
Debbie Donnelley, Nick Quilkey and Sean Poche from PPDRE all worked with professionalism and enthusiasm to ensure that my property received maximum exposure during the sale campaign. Verbal communication and written reports kept me well informed and up to date with potential buyer's interest & comments at all times. With a difficult product (Company Title), they managed to get me a great outcome.
The best thing about the team is their availability & extremely prompt response times whenever we contacted them. All three of the team were very pleasant and professional via phone and email. When we began marketing Debbie only had two listings so there was good focus on our property. Despite us hoping for early offers & a quick sale, our property sold after about 8 weeks. As the time-on-market wore on, we felt Debbie & Nick lost interest, perhaps because they had numerous new & exciting listings. If a property isn’t appraised realistically and pitched at the right level in this market to begin with, it is difficult to bring it to a satisfactory conclusion around auction date. Debbie appraised our place at 2.3-2.6 million. I was surprised to learn she had on display at the house a comparable sale brochure priced well below that. Interested purchasers were around (repeat inspections, contracts taken), though we received no offers until week 7, and ended up selling for 1.9 million. I think by the end the agents just wanted to wrap up a sale so their days-on-market didn’t blow out, and we weren’t convinced their negotiation skills were utilised to the extent we had hoped. Due to us being out of town, unfortunately it emerged later that the ‘care factor’ fell away at some points (eg. feedback about the front of the house/garage and light fittings being cleaned, which was in the scope of all the items we’d paid for. I am not a clean-freak, but was upset when I did visit the house about a few things the agents had let slide. This was after we had paid tens of thousands of dollars for improvements & cleaning and had been assured by Debbie that the place was sparkling). Debbie sometimes just emailed ‘can we drop the asking price?’ rather than 'these are suggestions for marketing/approach to bring more parties through the house’. We had to push for information frequently, and may have preferred an agency strong with digital marketing/videos/social boosts.
