Her no-nonsense approach is refreshing. She acted fast & secured a great price for our property. Debbie and her colleague worked very hard to accommodate potential buyers and brought people through between open days quite often. She's hungry, articulate and you want her in your corner .. Thanks Debbie and Nick
Debbie was incredibly helpful and professional in all her dealings with me. She made the sales process easier than I could have imagined and delivered a sales result which far exceeded my expectations. I recommend her and her colleagues highly.
We were very happy with both Debbie and Nick in selling our house and achieving the price we were after , they were both professional and supportive to us in selling our house and would be happy to recommend them to other sellers or buyers.
We had a very professional relationship with Debbie. She is an agent of the highest integrity and kept us informed at all times of the progress during the period the house was on the market. Debbie has an exceptional knowledge of the Queens Park area and was able to advise us accordingly. We were happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Debbie to other sellers.
Debbie was chosen after much homework done by my son and myself as we had not achieved a very satisfactory result previously. We felt some "female " touch may benefit us but we were also aware of her long term history of success in Queens Park. Also timely praise from significant neighbours helped us to make our final choice. At the auction time, she, I felt dealt with edgy and anxious clients well. Considering our home did not have every appeal to many buyers, we feel it was a very good result and we are grateful to Debbie and her assistants especially Nick Quilkey to whom nothing seemed any trouble. Jason did an excellent job as auctioneer for all to culminate in an overall successful result. Debbie had our confidence always and she advised us cautiously and sincerely. We were advised well through the campaign and progress reports were given promptly. and comprehensively. reports were comprehensive.
Achieving a record price for a unit in the block is really quite impressive. And to get that result we were guided through a small make over including the arranging of a decorator to provide temporary furnishings.Made it all so easy to present the apartment at its best and what a result. Great communicator and when it came to final negotiations with buyer gave clear advice. Could not recommend highly enough.
Without a doubt the best in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. Can-do attitude, patient, fantastic local market knowledge. Breath of fresh air with low fuss and refreshing no nonsense attitude. Would highly recommend.
Debbie gave us well-informed advice and managed the whole process in a seemless fashion. She seemed to have her finger well on the pulse of the local market, created a sales strategy relevant to our property, and did the hard yards to ensure a favourable outcome. We felt supported, serviced and well looked after, and Debbie was always available to answer our questions and to keep us informed. Sale of our property was expedited speedily, and we were very pleased with the final result.
THIS IS THE 3RD HOUSE THAT DEBBIE DONNELLEY HAS SOLD FOR US -ALL THREE IN RECORD TIME AND WELL BEYOND OUR EXPECTED PRICE. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEBBIE NOT ONLY TO VENDORS BUT TO PURCHASERS ALSO!!!
I found Debbie Donnelley to be very professional in her approach. She provided proper lines of communication and she was responsible for a properly marketed and conducted auction. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to third parties.
I was very satisfied with Debbie Donnelley's professional approach to the sale of my apartment.
