While Debbie got a good price she was not good at keeping us informed. We didn’t know when home opens were on. She convinced us to go for a video which was poor and a waste of money. She was rude after the offer had been accepted and when we sought information about settlement she passed us on to receptionists who did help us. It was like “I have a sale now, so I don’t have time for you”

We bought a house through Debbie earlier this year and were impressed with her negotiating skills and how she presented the house, so we decided to sell ours with her as well. She understands the market and her market research/appraisal package was much more detailed and informative than any other agent we came across.
