David and Debbie have helped change the course of my life by orchestrating the sale of my beloved house in Bowral and purchase of an acreage in Werai/Exeter , something I have long aspired to , especially with horses , dogs , a cat and now chickens . I had doubts and indecisions going round in my head but David and Debbie were reassurring and gently encouraging , never pressurring me to commit to something that wasn't reconciled in my decision because they know this is a life changing moment where people invest emotionally , financially and spiritually . For me that is essential and I thank them profusely for enabling this incredible transition . I am truly grateful and commend their consummate professionalism . I will miss my beautiful little pocket in Bowral but know that the new owner will cherish nature's bloom and the changing seasons as much as I have and Belle property were instrumental in creating that seamless exchange as well . I needed my hand held and they guided me up the Yellow Brick Road and now I'm wearing Ruby slippers , looking forward to creating my very own Oz . Dreams really can come true .
