We recently purchased a property in the NSW Southern Highlands marketed by Debbie Pearce. She impressed us from our first meeting as being completely professional. She was friendly and helpful. Having been looking for a while it was impressive (because it's not all that common) that Debbie was able to point out the not immediately apparent attributes of what is to become our new home. We really appreciated the small things Debbie addressed such as having prepared a Q&A sheet in advance which answered nearly all of the questions we had about the property. Debbie was more than happy to facilitate a second visit which helped us to decide on our new home. Having recently sold our own home we know what a good agent 'looks like' and we would have no hesitation in recommending Debbie to anyone considering selling their home.
