It was never seemed to be a hassle for Debbie to take myself or my family through the property at different times (work commitments didn't allow us all to look thru at the same time) and on several occasions. Prompt with return phone calls/emails etc. But I think the best part about dealing with Debbie was that she wasn't a typical pushy real estate agent/seller.
