I initially chose Debbie to handle the sale as I had seen comments from other sellers but the key factors for me were that she could be relied upon to hang in there and saw herself as the seller's agent rather than the buyer's agent as the seller ultimately is who pays her commission. At all times she was there to answer queries and did work at getting the sale. I found her to be approachable and responsible and totally reliable. What more can I say?

My experience with Debbie Ward has been a very positive one. Debbie was extremely easy to talk to and I found her to be very knowledgeable. My only downfall with my experience was probably the downturn in the housing market which kept my house on the market for longer than expected timeframes.
